Shalom Manor and Gardens Long Term Care Home and Retirement Centre, located in Grimsby, Ontario and Mount Nemo Christian Nursing Home, located in Burlington, Ontario are working closely together in a redevelopment and merger of both organizations with a relocation of Mount Nemo Christian Nursing Home to Hamilton, Ontario. 

The current Executive Director of Shalom Manor and Gardens has accepted the position of Redevelopment Project Manager and therefore Shalom Manor and Gardens is currently seeking applicants for the position of Chief Executive Officer.  The Chief Executive Officer is responsible and accountable to the Board of Directors for the administration and management of the day to day operations of the facility.  These responsibilities are carried out in accordance with applicable legislation and regulations and in accordance with the vision, mission and values established by the Board of Directors. The successful incumbent will be part of this exciting redevelopment opportunity.

Wholesale nursery growing container grown perennials, vines, flowering shrubs, evergreens, broadleaf evergreens and trees is seeking a Marketing Director.  
Duties will include working with senior management to develop new product lines, identify consumer trends and develop products geared towards those trends.  Applicant will be required to develop Willowbrook brands and look at ways to create awareness in both the retail and/or wholesale environment, and identify the most effective and cost effective channels for marketing.  
The successful candidate must have a complete understanding of graphic design and have the ability to do broadcast emails, as well as update the website and develop it as needed. The individual must be able to create various POP material, i.e posters, banners, flyers, tags.  Proficiency in photography is an asset, as well as IT knowledge.
